Please note that no shipments will be made during our holiday period. Orders will be taken until Tuesday 23 December 2025. Orders received by 10 am on Friday, 19 December 2025 will be delivered before Christmas. Gift vouchers can be ordered at any time and printed out in the comfort of your own home. Ballenberg specialties can be ordered directly from Trauffer Spezilitäten by e-mail or by telephone (033 952 10 26).

Discover the various tickets for an excursion to the Swiss Open-Air Museum Ballenberg. Order a day ticket for adults and children from the comfort of your own home. Discounted admissions such as the family ticket are also available.

The tickets are valid for one day and can be redeemed on any day during the season 2026 ( 9 April to 1 November 2026 ). The online ticket saves you waiting time at the ticket office and takes you directly to the Ballenberg site. Guests with a discount (Raiffeisen Member Plus, Museum Pass, etc.) must buy their ticket on site to receive the discount.
